What makes FD5P servo drives unique?
1. Built on a new-generation platform
The FD5P Series is engineered on a brand-new hardware platform, delivering a significant leap in processing capability. The main chip frequency has been increased by 2.4 times, achieving exceptional control responsiveness. The current loop operates at up to 16kHz, the speed loop at 8kHz, the position loop at 4kHz, and the speed loop response bandwidth reaches 3.5kHz, ensuring faster, more precise servo performance.
2. High positioning precision
Compatible with 23-bit encoders, the FD5P achieves exceptional positioning accuracy and rapid response, enhancing overall production yield and efficiency. The system offers a maximum positioning accuracy of ≤ ±5 arc seconds, ensuring outstanding repeatability in demanding applications.
3. Vibration suppression and stable motion
Equipped with advanced FFT multi-point notch filters (up to four active simultaneously), the drive effectively suppresses vibration and motor speed oscillation during operation. This ensures smooth and stable motion — ideal for high-speed movement, workpiece transfer, precision assembly, and cantilever handling applications.
4. Smooth, safe and reliable operation
With one-click activation of the S-curve control function and zero command delay, the FD5P enables smooth positioning even in systems with large inertia or flexible structures. It reduces mechanical shock caused by sudden speed changes, minimising vibration and protecting both equipment and payload during rapid acceleration and deceleration.
