AC Synchronous Motors

A synchronous motor is an electric motor that will run at a synchronous speed, to convert the supplied electrical energy into rotational (mechanical) energy, or it will not run at all.

Motion Control Products supply a range of AC Synchronous Motors, that can operate uni-directional and reversible synchronous. For the 50Hz we can offer velocities of 250, 375 and 500rpm.  We can also offer a 60Hz version which can offer velocities of 300, 450 and 600rpm. The motor can be provided with mounting plate/screw clip for fixing.

We are also able to offer gearing to our synchronous motors, with the torque between 0.3 to 5Nm and various gear ratio options. Please refer to our Spur Reduction Gearhead page to find the suitable gear for your application.
