The GREEN series is a new generation of industrial human machine interface. It adopts new architectural design, and rigorous support, which makes it become a paradigm in high-quality human-machine interface.
The GREEN series products use the ARM Cortex-A7 architecture industrial-grade processors, which ensure that the HMI's are efficient. Not only does it ensure the product's lifetime, but also greatly improves its performance. The Green series incorporates IoT to enable remote operation, setup and diagnostics.
The Kinco Green Series HMI range delivers robust and intelligent Human-Machine Interface solutions for industrial automation. Tailored for various sectors such as photovoltaic, lithium battery production, 3C electronics, machinery, and logistics, the Green Series is available in two ranges to suit different performance and budget needs: G2 and GL2.
G2 Series – High-End Smart Manufacturing HMIs
Designed for demanding smart manufacturing applications, the G2 Series HMIs are equipped with a quad-core CPU (1.5GHz or 1.8GHz), with options for 512MB RAM + 4GB flash or 1GB RAM + 8GB flash. Available in 7", 10", 10.1", 12.1", 15", and 15.6" screen sizes, each HMI features a full-viewing angle HD LCD, supporting up to 2K display resolution.
Built for industrial reliability, the G2 Series includes power isolation, three-proof PCB protection, and is housed in either CNC metal or engineering plastic enclosures. With 1 or 2 Ethernet ports, 2x DB9 ports, USB drive-free RFID support, and Kinco’s DToolsPro configuration software, this HMI range is ideal for high-performance control systems.
GL2 Series – Cost-Effective HMI Solutions
The GL2 Series is designed for cost-effective industrial control, making it ideal for machinery, 3C applications, and logistics. Powered by an ARM Cortex-A7 dual-core 1GHz CPU, it features 256MB RAM, 4GB flash memory, and a single Ethernet port with 3 serial ports, including dual RS485.
GL2 also supports Wi-Fi, 4G, and Ethernet connectivity, enabling seamless remote access via Kinco EdgeAccess 2.0. Configurable through DToolsPro, the GL2 range offers an affordable gateway to IoT-ready machine interfaces.
