The adoption of EtherCAT bus technology mirrors the progressive trends in industrial control, facilitating precise and rapid motion control processes. The MC500 ensures enhanced communication stability between the PLC and modules through thickened gold plating and a biplate clamping design, ensuring reliability.

Featuring a 100MB high-speed backplane bus, the MC500 supports up to 32 IO modules, enabling seamless integration into existing systems and reducing assembly time with vertical module insertion and extraction.

The versatile three-axis platform supports linear, arc, and continuous interpolation, catering to various applications such as screw locking, dispensing, welding, loading, and unloading.

The inclusion of flying and chasing shear functions enables high-speed synchronous electronic cam control, suitable for applications like filling, labeling, cutting, die-cutting, pillow packaging, and printing.

Equipped with a dual-core SOC+FPGA high-speed processor, the MC500 offers ample programme and data capacity, ensuring robust arithmetic capabilities for complex tasks. The operation control instruction library, based on PLCopen standards, provides a standardised programming environment, enhancing efficiency in equipment development.

The software offers comprehensive capabilities, including:
