High Reliability with Closed Loop Control
With the power of the advanced stepper drive technique, Leadshine’s closed-loop stepper drives operate from a DC power source and provide top closed-loop stepper performance, advanced networking, and built-in safety. They can run as a stand-alone device or as part of a multi-axis system in a distributed configuration on a real-time network. They are compatible with the CS series closed-loop stepper motors.
There are three series in this closed-loop stepper control family:

CS3E Drives
The CS3E series stepper drives offer multiple operating modes, including Cyclic Synchronous Position (CSP), Profile Position (PP), Profile Velocity (PV), and Homing (HM). They can be operated with various EtherCAT controllers and PLCs brands such as Beckhoff, Omron, Trio, Schneider etc. The drives provide excellent performance with enhanced reliability, low noise, anti-resonance, low-speed ripple smoothing, and remain cost-effective compared to network servo by at least 40%.

2CS3EIP Drives
The 2CS3EIP series stepper drives offer multiple operating modes, including Cyclic Synchronous Position (CSP), Profile Position (PP), Profile Velocity (PV), and Homing (HM). CS2RS Drives
CS2RS models support RS485 communication with a standard Modbus RTU protocol that can network up to 31 axes, and eliminates potential loss of step with its closed-loop step system that makes real-time position error corrections. The device also features a built-in uni-axial control instruction with a 16-segment position table supporting positioning/homing/limit/quick stop/JOG.
