Leadshine Integrated Stepper Motors

As Leadshine's UK partner, Motion Control Products offers Leadshine integrated stepper motors with frame sizes of NEMA 17, 23 and 24. Integrated design combines high performance digital stepper drive, motor and optional controller as all-in-one package. Our Leadshine integrated stepper motors minimise the components and wiring requirements to reduce the space, installation efforts and overall system cost.

iEM series is for open loop stepper control (without encoder attached);

iCS series with a superior closed loop control provides an efficient and economical solution for applications that require the performance of a servo system at the price level of a stepper system.

iEM Open Loop Integrated Motors

  • iEM Series: stepper motor + drive, Pulse & Direction or CW & CCW control, max 3.5Nm
  • iEM-RS Series: stepper motor + drive + controller, Modbus RTU communication, max 2.3Nm
  • Low noise, vibration & smooth motion
  • Support Modbus RTU protocol & Pulse and Direction
  • Internal 16-segment position Commands
  • Motion can be started by External IO or RS485 or HMI
  • Support operation modes: Profile Position, Profile Velocity, Homing
  • 7 configurable digital inputs, 3 optically isolated digital outputs
  • RS232 for tuning software connection, RS485 for motion control
  • Protections for over voltage, over current etc.

iCS Closed Loop Integrated motors

  • iCS Series: stepper motor + encoder + drive, Pulse & Direction or CW & CCW control, max 3.5Nm
  • iCS-RS Series: stepper motor + encoder + drive + controller, Modbus RTU communication, max 2.3Nm
