FRAMELESS MOTORS
A frameless motor is a type of motor that consists solely of the rotor and stator without the housing, bearings, or other structural components typically found in a traditional motor. This design allows for greater integration flexibility within the mechanical structure of a device, enabling designers to incorporate the motor directly into the application, which can lead to a more compact and efficient system.

Our frameless motors family are an excellent solution for high-end robotics applications where high transmission ratios are not desired for safety or performance reasons. In Runner Direct Drive Torque Motors
- Size from ∅65mm - 410mm, 8 to 64 poles.
- The optimised insulation properties allow their use in a wide range of DC voltages.
- Continuous torque from 0.25Nm up to 70Nm.
- Customised with several winding variants to achieve the desired speed
- Typical pplications such as indexing table, robot joints / Robot arms, material handling, and other medical systems with high precision requirement.
ADR-F Frameless Torque Motors
- Frame size: 45mm, 60mm, 75mm & 90mm
- High efficiency at low voltage (up to 48 VDC)
- Brushless, wear-free design with smooth, low-cogging motion
- Flexible winding options for low or high speeds
- High torque density for precise, dynamic performance
- Compact torque motor kits for small rotary tables and robotic axes
ADR-P Frameless Torque Motors
- Frame sizes: Ø110, 135, 175, 220, 280, 320, 360 mm (larger on request)
- Peak torque: 1.9 – 1100Nm (up to 600VDC)
- Low cogging torque for smooth, precision motion
- High-efficiency windings for low- & high-speed operation
- Hall sensors for easy integration with servo drives & controllers
- Optional water cooling for higher continuous torque
