The FlexPro® servo drive series is AMC's latest family of digital servo drives designed for high power with compact size (smallest just in 38.1 x 25.4mm footprint). The IMPACT™ (Integrated Motion Platform And Control Technology™) architecture of FlexPro™ drives allows for high power densities (continuous and peak currents of up to 60 amps and 100 amps respectively), while still maintaining the reliability and versatility of our established drive families.
FlexPro servo drives are designed to operate within a network* (RS485/232, EtherCAT, CANOpen, EtherNet/IP and Profinet), but like previous AMC's digital drives, they can also operate stand-alone via stored indexes and sequences with I/O. Feedback options include Absolute Encoder, Incremental Encoder and Hall Sensors. The Flexpro servo drives are capable of running brushed motors, brushless motors, stepper motors, AC induction motors and linear motors.

FlexPro Benefits
FlexPro servo drives offer several benefits for industrial automation applications:
- Offer precise and accurate motion control, which is essential for many industrial automation applications.
- Offer high-speed operation, which can help to increase productivity and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
- Offer a compact design and flexible integration options, making them a versatile solution for a wide range of applications
Extended Environment
Extended Environment versions of both the PCB mount and machine embedded FlexPro servo drives are also available. They offer all the convenience and power of the standard FlexPro drives, but they're built to handle more extreme environmental conditions.
These drives can operate in temperatures as low as -40°C to as high as +95°C (-40°F to +203°F), and their thermal shock resistance allows them to go from one end of that range to the other in just three minutes without any damage.
They can also withstand 95% non-condensing humidity, pollution degree 2, and vibration in 3 axes for up to five minutes at 25 G (rms).
When it comes to altitude, the sky is quite literally the limit, as they can operate as high as 25,000 m above sea level.
