DC Geared Motors
Motion Control Products Ltd. (MCP) supplies most types of brushed dc motors and geared motors from the most economic, iron core PMDC brushed motors to high precision, coreless models (known as ironless rotor dc motors) and high power brushed dc servo motors.
The variety and range of iron core PMDC brushed motors surpasses that of other suppliers with product from frame size of 30mm to 110mm, from light to heavy duty versions. From 1 to 1500 Watts, with input voltage of 12VDC, 24VDC or 48VDC, MCP has the product(s) to suit your applications.

Our PMDC brushed motors can be easily combined with our MCP4 and MCP2 worm/wheel gearboxes. These units are available in a variety of gear ratios, with high-strength plastic or brass gears and in just about any practical custom shaft configuration to provide customers with a most flexible geared motor solution. A wider range of worm/wheel geared units is also available from MCP to customer request with smaller and larger alternatives to the above products. Just let us know your needs and we will meet them!

Worm Wheel Gearbox
Motion Control Products Ltd.'s MCP2 & MCP4 series worm wheel gearbox feature a high-strength plastic output gear wheel for low noise or alternatively a bronze gear wheel for more robust applications. Standard ratios available are 12.5:1, 25:1, 30:1, 50:1, 60:1 and 75:1 although others are available on request - subject to minimum order quantity.
Available in a variety of gear ratios, the powerful MCP4 and the even stronger MCP2 worm wheel gearbox can be provided fitted to a selection of MCP brushed dc motors as well as a number of our stepper motors, brushless dc and ac motors on request. Custom gearbox shafts are also available to suit almost all customer requirements.
The wide variety of dc motors supplied with the MCP gearbox range include 60mm, 73mm, 90mm, 100mm and 110mm diameters. Each motor is available in a number of lengths so that application use can be optimised.
MCP 2 and MCP4 worm wheel gearboxes are ideal for a wide range of applications such as:
