EM3E Stepper Drives
Open-loop, Up to 7A, EtherCAT Communication
Leadshine's EM3E stepper drives (EtherCAT version) support various operating modes: Profile Position (PP), Profile Velocity (PV), Homing (HM), Cyclic Synchronous Position (CSP). The products can be matched with most of EtherCAT controller / PLC models or brands on the markets such as Beckhoff, Omron, Trio, Keyence, etc.
Stepper Drive Features
- Power supply: 20–80 VDC, maximum output current 7.0 A
- CANOpen over EtherCAT (CoE) with full support for CiA402, 100 Mbps full-duplex
- Supported operation modes: Profile Position, Profile Velocity, Cyclic Synchronous Position (CSP), Homing
- Digital I/Os: 5 digital inputs, 2 optically isolated outputs including alarm and brake
- Performance: Low noise and vibration, smooth motion
- Protection features: Over-voltage, over-current, motor cable error protection, and more
- Matched stepper motors: NEMA 23 (57mm/60mm) and NEMA34 (86mm)
