PCB-Mounted Discrete Drives

PCB-mounted discrete drive products are high-performance, low-cost ultra-miniature drive solutions that use advanced technology to reduce size without sacrificing features. These exceptionally small, easy-to-interface and use discrete modules are powerful enough to handle the most demanding applications.

This family consists of a half/full step driver module delivering up to 2.0A per phase of output current, and the microstepping IM series, offering three power levels ranging from 1.5 to 5.0A RMS (5.0 to 7.0A peak).

PCB-mounted discrete drives product line includes:

  • IB462H – Half/full step drive
  • IM481H/IM483H/IM805H – Microstepping drive

Features include:

  • Input power ranges from +12 up to +75 VDC
  • High output current
  • 20 microstep resolutions to 51,200 steps/rev, for the IM series
  • Interface/development boards for rapid prototyping

IM481H PLUS

The IM481H PLUS drive has 16 built-in microstep resolutions (both binary and decimal). The resolution can be changed at any time without the need to reset the drive. This feature allows the user to rapidly move long distances, yet precisely position the motor at the end of travel without the expense of high-performance controllers.

IM483H PLUS & IM805H PLUS

The IM483H PLUS and IM805H PLUS stepper drives are high performance, low-cost microstepping drives that utilise advanced hybrid technology to greatly reduce size without sacrificing features. High Input Voltage: IM483H PLUS @ +12 to +48VDC and IM805H PLUS @ +12 to +75VDC
