Delivery Terms

The time given for delivery are ex-works and are estimated only and not in any way guaranteed. Every endeavor will be made to meet the delivery given in good faith.

We cannot accept liability for failure to do so. When a reduction in the scheduled rate of delivery is requested and agreed upon by us we reserve the right to make and shall be entitled to all additional charges incurred.

We utilise a number of carriers including DPD, UPS, TNT, and Royalmail and if you have any specific requirements, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Any item that is placed on backorder will be shipped as consolidated with other orders from our supplier, and in some cases, this can cause delays.  If you need your order quickly, then please contact us, and we can ship your order express from our supplier, but please note this will incur additional costs.
