Motion Control Products offers a vast range of motors with integrated electronics including integrated dc servo motors and integrated stepper motors.
- Integrated stepper motor is a hybrid stepper motor integrated with stepper drive and an optional controller.
- Integrated brushless servo motor features a brushless servo motor with motion controller, drive and high resolution encoder.
All our integrated motor types enable the customer to limit machine wiring and cabinet space whilst enabling de-centralised motor control. They are widely used for all sorts of industrial applications such as robotics, AGVs, automation, processing and printing, medical and lab automation and more.
Integrated Stepper Motors
- Integrated motor solution of 1.8°, 2-phase stepper motor, drive with optional onboard programmable controller, either in rotary or linear motion format
- NEMA17 (42mm), NEMA23 (57mm) and NEMA34 (86mm) frame sizes
- Open-loop or closed-loop with an incremental or absolute encoder
- Optional IP65 rating with M12 connectors
- Fieldbus options include CANOpen, Ethernet/IP or Profinet
- Holding Torque up to 6.5Nm
DC Integrated Servo Motors
- Power range: 100W- 750W
- Voltage range: 24 – 60VDC
- Magnetic single turn absolute encoder fitted
- RS232, Modbus, CANOpen, EtherCAT and Profinet Fieldbus options
- 3 times overload capacity
- With or without holding brake
- Standard IP65 (optional IP67)
- Compliant with CE, RoHS, UL certification standards
