These drives support torque, velocity, and position control using Space Vector PWM (SVPWM) for enhanced voltage utilisation and reduced heat. ELD2 drives communicate via CANOpen, Modbus RTU, Pulse & Direction, and ±10 V analogue input, and feature programmable digital I/Os for seamless integration with external devices. Configuration and monitoring are easily managed using Motion Studio PC software.
Operating on 24–70 VDC, with current ratings from 5 A to 60 A (peak 180 A) and power from 100 W to 2.5 kW, the ELD2 Series is compatible with ELVM series DC servo motors, slotless motors, brushed motors, and Hall-sensor motors. Safety features, including Safe Torque Off (STO) and Logic Circuit power supply, are available on ELD2-7040B/7060B models. Additional functions such as vibration suppression and adaptive filters enhance motion accuracy.
